99. How a Psychotherapist Stays Positive with Dr. Denise WoodJan 12, 2021
Sometimes it's just nice to talk to a Psychotherapist. Dr. Denise Wood and I shone light on topics from
- respect of others, no matter who they are or what they might have done
- setting and maintaining boundaries
- self-care first
- creative self-care
- and her newest book, Cyberbully's Mind, which led to her sharing the story of her brother's suicide
All in all this is an episode of elevation through sharing real, life experiences and examples of what you can do to life yourself up. We hope you enjoy it!
